Description
The botanicals macerate longer than average, at least 2 weeks in different batches with different degrees of alcohol. During maceration, the roots or fruits are not dissolved in the alcohol, but only their essential oils and active ingredients are dissolved and absorbed in the alcohol. Our gin is then gently distilled, with a maximum output of 9 liters per hour. This has the effect that the gin optimally absorbs the aromatic and essential substances of the botanicals on the one hand and on the other hand does not have any unpleasant alcoholic sharpness.
