- 5cl Gin Mare
- 1 cl chili liqueur homemade
- 2.5 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cl honey syrup
- pepper
decoration
- Fresh rosemary
- A fresh chili pepper
- Dehydrated slice of orange
You need:
- cocktail shaker
- strainer
preparation
- Pour the gin mare, chilli liqueur, lime juice and honey syrup into the shaker
- Then shake vigorously for about 20 seconds
- Put 8 to 10 ice cubes in a tumbler glass and pour the cocktail through a strainer (fine strain)
- Decorate the cocktail with fresh chili pepper, sprig of rosemary and dried oranges
